Design
- initial design discussion to agree ideas and create a brief for the new site - how you want it look, what you want to say etc
- help with ‘copy’ if required, free stock photos/clip art from our massive library of pictures
- consultation throughout the design stage to ensure you are happy with the results
Hosting
- domain name registration or transfer - you choose the name and provided it is available stonyweb will register it for you (in your name) free of charge. A free search of available names can be carried out to pick the best. (.com, .co.uk, .biz,.org, .info., .net included)
- high availability 24 x 7 UK based hosting
- up to 5 business email addresses linked to your domain name (i.e yourname@yourbusiness.co.uk, enquiries@yourbusiness.co.uk etc)
- optional email forwarding to an email address of your choice in addition to your domain based addresses
- An online enquiry form (if required) so prospective customers can contact you quickly and easily
SEO
- essential search engine optimisation including analysis of keywords and your site will be designed with the aim of getting a prominent listing in search results.
- your site will be registered with the main search providers so it will be found and ‘indexed’ quickly
Ongoing support
- monthly stats including visitor numbers, search engine a referrals, search engine keyword analysis, pages visited, referrals from other sites (links) and more
- advice and guidance every step of the way, and continued support after your site has been published
- ongoing maintenance and small updates
All of the above are covered by the £199 essentials site cost which can also include photo slide shows (a gallery), links to facebook, twitter etc, Google maps to show your location etc...just call or email to discuss details
A £99 deposit is required prior to work commencing, balance payable only on satisfactory completion. After the first year the annual charge is just £70 which includes automatic renewal of your domain name, continued website hosting, monthly stats, with ongoing support, maintenance and small updates. No hidden costs.

Whilst the standard ‘essentials’ website package is designed to suit most customers needs, I recognise that sometimes there may be additional services or functions required. I am happy to discuss any other requirements not listed here such as online shopping, moving graphics, inclusion of javascript, video or audio media - just give me a call.
